I know that energy healing works because it’s helped me in my own life.
I’ve always naturally tuned into other people’s energy fields, and because of this intuitive ability, it was easy to confuse other’s emotions and energy with my own. It was exhausting!
This led me to explore meditation, energy healing, and mediumship. By learning to connect with and trust my inner guidance, I sharpened my intuitive skills and unfolded my ability to give intuitive guidance and healing to others.

I enjoy taking metaphysical concepts and making them relatable and easy to apply to everyday life. The Universe is constantly communicating with us – and when we begin to truly listen, life can open up and flow in exciting and abundant new ways.
