How Does A Healing Session Clear Emotional Thought Patterns?

Much of our day is spent on auto pilot mode – the state of being when we allow our minds to revert to the thought patterns that are most familiar to us.  If we aren’t aware of our thoughts, they just love to take over.  Our fearful thoughts are like my kids with their Halloween candy.  The more candy they eat, the more they want.  Yum!  The more fearful thoughts we think, the more the mind creates them.

What if?

I’ve been using a new manifesting technique I heard about from a gifted energy healer named Marie Manuchehri.  It’s as simple as asking yourself out loud “what if?

Anytime a self-limiting idea, health problem, or obstacle sticks around in your life, you simply say the actual What If statement out loud.  For instance, “what if I got a great new job offer?”  By actually saying the words out loud, they travel through your throat chakra (a manifestation/ self empowerment center) and are given a boost of energy.  By stating “what if” in front of the thought you are letting go of the need for yourself to believe it to be true (at this time) and instead allowing yourself to be open and wonder.
